  12.   As far as the mouse goes, I have owned the newer ('93) Amiga mouse 
  13. included with the 1200, a 3-button Micro R&D, and the two button Eklipse. 
  14.  
  15.   The Amiga mouse was crap. This is because the button used the shell as
  16. the spring and plastic doesn't like being repeatedly compressed.
  17.   The Micro R&D microswitch for the left button went bad in three months
  18. (replaced it with the middle switch). I found it to be very cheaply made
  19. even for a 300dpi mouse. 
  20.   The Eklipse mouse went bad within two months. The left-right circuit
  21. went bad, I think beacuse of a broken resistor (can't confirm this since
  22. there is another smaller resistor on the bottom of the circuit board).
  23. Luckily, the microswitches for that one were the same as the Micro R&D, so
  24. I salveged those, delaying buying ANOTHER mouse in the near future.
  25. Otherwise this mouse felt GREAT and it comes with a thin mouse pad.

  27.   For the monitor, I have only owned a 1960, and these are too dark.
